The state of Oregon is not permitting overnight camps at this time so we are transitioning to a day camp format. While this is different from our camps in the past, we are confident that all athletes will have a successful camp experience and have a jump on the winter race season. Each skiing day will be on snow in the morning with afternoon video analysis. Each family or adult camper must be self sufficient and provide their own lodging, meals and transportation including to and from the ski area. WE NEED CONFIRMATION OF YOUR PARTICIPATION NO LATER THAN JUNE 9. Timberline Ski Area requires us to give them an adequate headcount at that time.
Because of the day camp format we have decided to shorten the camp schedule to just the first session July 1-11 to cut down on expenses for each family. We had campers signed up for both sessions and figured 18 days would get pretty expensive factoring lodging, food and rental vehicle costs. PRICING: $2280. Daily drop in rate available, call 603-520-1642 for pricing. Tuition includes: lift tickets, private lane space, coaching and video analysis.
We are anticipating our camp will be able to proceed as planned. If we need to make changes to our program to ensure the health and safety of our camp community we will inform you as soon as possible. If we are not able to operate due to the ski area being closed or travel restrictions are in place due to the virus you will receive a full refund or put it towards a future camp. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
We thank you for your understanding in these unprecedented times.
There is a lot of lodging inventory on VRBO and Airbnb. You want to look in the Government Camp area or the town of Welches which is 9 miles west of Government Camp. Additionally there are also the following: timberline lodge.com, mthoodrentals.com, collinslakeresortvacations.com, mthoodresort.com
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns you might have.
